This means there will infinite outcomes.  In some you could be super rich.  In some you might have found the perfect love.  In others you might be an extremely powerful sorcerer.  In others you may have found a way to experience that vampire metamorphosis you've always wanted.  
Whatever the case may be, there are millions of possible outcomes and they all exist out there somewhere-- in alternate realities.  ALl you need to have is the ability to experience those realities.
