This piece contains a metaphysical creature that we call the speaker of magic. We are not sure where he comes from or how old he is. All we know is that he has the innate ability to speak magic into existence. Hence we call him the speaker of magic.
When you own this piece you also own the speaker of magic. He is a subservient spirit, meaning that he needs a master or an owner in order to operate. He needs a master owner in order to tell him how to function in order for him to function if that makes sense. In other words he needs to be told what to do.
You will be able to use this piece to call upon the speaker of magic to speak the magic that you most desire into existence. There are very few exceptions to what this speaker of magic can create. For instance, he does not Grant immortality.  He will not allow you to cause death to other people.
We have used this piece and testing over and over and over and over again, simply because we could not believe how powerful it is. We could probably get a lot more for this piece, but we want to make sure that everybody has an equal opportunity.
