This piece is an all Stone necklace. The actual color of the stones is pale blue, but it's not showing up. You know how sometimes items that are very magical do not want to be photographed? Well, this is one of those times. At least we were able to get a picture at all.
Believe it or not, this piece was created and developed at Bohemian Grove. It was created during a blood ritual that was performed before Moloch.  Each of the stones that is presented by this necklace is an orbit of energy that will allow you to create your own power.
This is super simple to do.  All you have to do is hold each orb in between your pointer finger and your thumb. He will then call out to Moloch the power or magic that you desire for that orb of energy to bring to you. You will do this by the light of a candle and you will do them all at the same time. If you don't do them all at the same time this piece will be sealed and you will be left with whatever amount of energy and Magic you've created for yourself using the orbs.  
Then, you wear the piece and the items will, over time, bond to your person and you will be able to use them as your own.
