This necklace is comprised of Native American charging stones.  It was used by a shaman for years before we acquired it.  I can't tell you what tribe it comes from, because we've been asked not to reveal that information.  However, what I can tell you is that is a tribe from closer to the West Coast.  Sorry, that's all I've got for you.
