These are the same as the bracelets but you can string these or keep them in your pocket. The more you have the more wealth but just one is really good too. All of these have been tested. Maybe try one and then go for an entire wrist if you want! 
Keep these in your pocket or string them. They like the bracelets will work with all other wealth items you have.
