We have two of these.  You get one with purchase.   They are costume rings with a purple stone.  The stone houses a spirit-form djinn named Botemus.  He will appear to you in spirit form only, but only after you have properly bonded with the item.  We have been able to metaclone him, which is how we have two of these rings. 
Botemus is many things.  He is a companion djinn, he is a healing djinn (both spiritual and physical), he can grant unlimited wishes on the astral place and offers three physical plane, in-person wishes once you have bonded to him!
