This piece contains an entity that we call a mind control serpent. The reason we call it that is because when you own this entity it will creep out of the ring in astral form and into the minds of whoever you send it to. Once there it will be able to replace memories and thoughts with whatever you want it to. It will remove thoughts that you don't want there and can fabricate anything that you want it to. 
Not only will this serpent be able to inject the minds of others with the thoughts that you want them to have allowing you to control their minds, but it can also acquire the information and data from the minds of other people. This includes the active thoughts. However, it also includes their dormant and subconscious thoughts as well, which is where the juicy stuff is going on most of the time.
