This piece is a wreath of leaves in the form of a pin.  We call it the leaves of the harvest. The reason we call it that is because this piece allows you to harvest what has been sown by somebody else. That is the knowledge of the 12 disciples of Christ. 
If you look on this piece you will see that there are 12 leaves. Each of these leaves symbolizes the knowledge of one of the 12 disciples of Christ. This includes the white light wisdom and divine abilities that he gave to them. Each of them had their own set of divine abilities and miracle granting powers.
